The Business Consolidation Plan is already in operation in the facilities of the Orihuela Chamber Business Incubator. A score of merchants participate in this initiative without economic cost for employers and in which the hours of training are combined with work. The training has been divided into seven sessions that began on Monday and that will last until November 17, and that includes individual practical accompaniment.
To begin with the preparation of the plan, we work on the phases of the same and make a diagnosis of the company, with the aim of delving into the coming weeks on how to act in different areas of the company. Thus, Alfredo Pérez, who is the director of the course and master in Business Administration and Economic-Financial Management, has been responsible for introducing the methodology of the program and conducting the diagnosis of the companies. will deal with improvement actions to implement the legal-fiscal area.
The second block will be led by Francisco Rullán, Law graduate, legal, tax and occupational risk prevention consultant, as well as an expert on the Organic Law on Data Protection (LOPD), which will deal with improvement actions to implement the legal area -fiscal. The marketing and sales consultant Josué Gadea, author of the book ‘Vendor ninja’ (best seller in Amazon Spain and Mexico) will work with entrepreneurs in everything related to digital marketing and the digital environment of companies, while Luis Cantó, He has a degree in Business Administration and Management and a financial consultant will focus on improvement actions in the area of business organization.
Alfredo Pérez will raise the improvement actions in the area of finance and management and Roberto Payá, consultant lawyer in marketing strategy and international trade as well as certified innovation manager, will address issues related to sustainability applied to the business strategy. Within the complementary training and, finally, a plan of improvement actions for the companies in charge of the director of this training action will be carried out.
The objective of this plan, aimed at merchants throughout the municipality of Orihuela, including the coast, is to promote business innovation and the systematization of business management processes, and as the first vice president of Orihuela Chamber, Pedro Mancebo, the ultimate goal is “that can increase their levels of competitiveness and effectiveness to have a more important role in the economic map.”
The action initiated in Chamber Orihuela is the result of an agreement between the Ministry of Industry and the Council of Chambers that includes 300 actions of business consolidation throughout the Valencian Community and a global budget of 400,000 euros.
