It is a 2-phase program with personalized advice to design an Internationalization Plan.
1st Phase Design and articulation of the Internationalization Plan to select the market and the means to access it.
2nd Phase. Aid for the development of the Plan designed.
Are you self-employed or small / medium-sized company?
Are you up to date with Social Security and your tax obligations?
Do you comply with the minimum aid regulations provided for in Regulation (EC) 1998/2006?
Are you registered in the IAE census, section 1?
Are you not involved in any of the prohibitions referred to in article 13 of Law 38/2003?

You only have to present your application in Cámara Orihuela or in the electronic office if you have a digital certificate of the Autofirma application.
Of course, you must submit:
Application form The signer must be the legal representative of the company. ANNEX IIIA
Certificate from the State Agency of the Tax Administration to be up-to-date on your obligations (mentioning the Subsidies Law)
Social Security certificate to be up-to-date on your obligations (mentioning the Subsidies Law)
Affidavit that you assume the conditions of participation. ANNEX IIIB
If you are a natural person you must provide a certified copy of the applicant’s DNI
If you are a legal person, you must present the DNI of the signatory of the application with sufficient powers, a power of representation of who signs the application and the Tax Identification Card
Documentation for the Call
The evaluation and admission of the applications will be done by order of registration in Cámara Orihuela.
The admitted applications will be communicated in writing.

XPANDE is co-financed by the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF)
1st Phase Advice for Internationalization Plan. It does not entail any cost to the beneficiary since the financing is provided by the European Regional Development Fund (50%) and the Valencian Institute of Business Competitiveness and Spain Chamber (50%)
2nd Phase. Help The maximum amount that corresponds to each company is € 9,000 (VAT not included)
Once the expenses are justified in time and form, the company will receive 50% of the amount contributed by FEDER. In other words, the aid will be a maximum of € 4,500.
Admissible applications
The general objective of XPANDE is to encourage and enhance the initiation in internationalization of the SME, through personalized advice to the needs and characteristics of the company, supporting it in the design and development of a sustainable internationalization plan over time in a market external concrete, through a set of supports and services, organized in several modules of 37 classroom hours in individualized consulting sessions:
Module 1: Initial choices: Products, customers and markets (9 hours)
Module 2: The entrance to the market (10 hours)
Module 3: The marketing plan (10 hours)
Module 4: The business plan (8 hours)
