Staff of the Chamber of Commerce of Orihuela has gone a step further in the training aimed at boosting the activity of the Oriolan institution, the main objective of the cameral directive chaired by Mario Martínez Murcia. The consultant from Alicante Pepe Crespo, who already made a few days ago the workshop entitled ‘Clarify before planning’ for the attendees of the CoWorking space that the School of Industrial Organization (EOI) performs in the Business Incubator of the Chamber, repeated this focused session to the staff of the entity and the EOI.
The dynamic has been that of collaborative intelligence, enabling the people who work within the organization to be those who count the problems they see in it and the ideas they have to improve. From there, the work of the consultancy is to define the future. “We provide a broader and more plural experience taking into account the uniqueness of each company or organization,” said the speaker, who considers it essential to do the work with the people inside “because they are the ones who live what happens, starting from there our role is to ask the right questions and provoke those that bother a little but are necessary to deepen. ” Crespo indicates that the technique used is called “verbal scenarios and it is about extracting the intelligence that accumulates the group of people to return it in a very synthetic way, so that they have clear what they need and can pass as soon as possible to the action”.
From the Chamber of Commerce of Orihuela, they thanked Pepe Crespo for his collaboration in carrying out this workshop in an altruistic manner with the sole objective of putting his two cents in the revitalization of a century-old institution that works to become a benchmark in the economy, but also in the Oriolan society.
