• The cameral entity plans to take seven courses in its facilities at the Business Incubator this year
In its commitment to the future and the economic development of the municipality, the Chamber of Commerce of Orihuela offers seven courses on different topics for this year 2020, “which means a total of 985 hours of training,” reports Mario Martínez, president of the cameral entity. In this way, the Chamber of Commerce will offer in its facilities of the Business Incubator different training activities throughout the year, in which the main priority is “to promote the employability of unemployed young people under 30 years of age and help them start their road in the labor market, ”says the president.
The first of these training activities has been a medium / basic level course of “Office” with a duration of 185 hours that began last January, and in which 30 people are targeted. The following planned courses include a new edition of the course ‘Waiter and Hospitality’, “one of the most demanded and that has more output”, explains Mario Martínez, next to the course of ‘Nail Esthetics’, one of the main novelties which will be taught by professionals in the field. Both formations will begin on March 2, with a duration of 150 hours each and will have internships in companies.
On the other hand, in the month of April will be when the course of 150 hours of ‘Window dressing’ begins, “a very useful skill for all those young people who want to complete their training,” says the president of the Chamber. In the month of June, the second editions of the ‘Nail Aesthetics’ and ‘Hospitality’ courses will begin, to end the year with an ‘Office Assistant’ course of 150 hours of training during the months of September and October.
Co-financed by the European Social Fund, these courses are framed in the PICE Program for Qualification and Employment and the National Youth Guarantee System of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security.
